The brand new third day of the conference offers attendees the opportunity to attend advanced sessions dedicated to a more focused topic.

Attendees can choose between the Advanced Database Administrator (DBA) or Advanced CALPADS Day being offered Wednesday, March 6, 2019. These sessions will be more in-depth and beyond the scope of the respective sessions offered on Network Administration and State Reporting during the first two days of the conference.

Attendees will be able to create new extracts for the purpose of integrating with third party vendors or to utilize in-house data projects.  Import/Export methods include bulk insert, using powershell (SQLPS) for extracting data, SSIS Packages, and automating these and other common DBA tasks.

Four Year Adjusted Cohort (ACGR)

This session will cover the use and importance of the Adjusted Cohort Graduation Rate (ACGR) and Outcome Data, including demonstration the connection and importance of verifying your CALPADS Data when it comes to its calculation and accuracy.

The late founder, industry pioneer, and president of Aeries Software—Jerry D. Jerry's vision of continual product innovation lives on in Aeries, which draws on his more than 40 years of SIS design experience. As we keep his vision alive, we want to spend some analyzing some of the database designs we've inherited over the years, and identify ways in which we can break the mold to drive Aeries as an Education Success Platform.
